Registration Form

• *Members of ATZK who have payed the membership fee for the year 2026. Programme committee reserves the right to change the classification of the paper / posters or refuse it.
• Prices include VAT. Prices will be converted into EUR according to the current exchange rate.
• The conference fee includes the attendance of all sessions, lunch and refreshments during the conference, one conference gala evening, one conference proceedings. The proceedings of conference will be provided as hard copy “Proceedings of Abstracts” with an included electronic version of the proceedings. After the registration you will receive a confirmation and a pro-forma invoice. The cash payment isn´t possible. The conference fee won´t be refunded in case of participant´s absence, but conference proceedings will be send by post.

• Attendance fee for speakers and posters (8900 CZK)
• Early bird attendance fee (9500 CZK)
• Attendance fee (10000 CZK)
• Attendance fee for members of ATZK, z.s. (8900 CZK)
• Attendance fee for students (7900 CZK)
• Additional conference gala dinner for an accompanying person (1500 CZK)
• One-day conference entry for exhibition guests (5000 CZK)
